成立于1997年的上海丸吉船舶管理有限公司（前身上海丸吉商贸）。主要管理公司所属船舶的日常生产经营、制定经营策略、开发中日韩及东南亚市场的散杂货运输。目前属下船舶十余艘，载重吨从DWT2,500-DWT30,000,总载重吨约7万余吨。2006年开始，丸吉公司开辟了远东－东南亚－印度洋沿岸包括红海、波斯湾航线HANDYSIZE 散杂货运输，目前投入灵便型（HANDY）船一艘，并在努力增加该航线的船舶运力。公司同时加强了海运租船经纪业务，为船东及货主提供更好的服务。
由毕业于各海事大学，精通海运业务，富有船舶生产、经营、管理经验的人员组成的，现已逐步成为一个分工细密、运转高效的专业团队，本着“信誉第一,客户至上”的原则，竭诚为各船东、货主提供专业的、一流的服务。

    It is a diversified ship management company，which was established in 1997,sepcializing in shipping, chartering, modern logistics business and general、bulk cargo transportation in south-east Asia. With dwt2,500--dwt30,000, total tonnages more than dwt70,000mt, there are more than 10 vessels under our management and operation. Successfully beginning from 2006, MARUKICHI SHANGHAI has set up the line of handy-size bulk and general cargoes to Indian Ocean, which is including Red-sea and Persian gulf area. One vessel was put into operation and more will be coming in after. In the meantime, our chartering, marketing team is active in brokerage and shipping chartering.
